When does the course start and finish?
You will have 24 weeks access to the online coaching sessions, life time access to the private online community and all course materials and practices. This online training is a completely self-paced online course – you decide when you start and you have 12 months to present all course assessments.
Do I need to be flexible in order to practice Yoga?
There are many yoga classes that cater to differing levels of flexibility. From Yoga Therapy to Power Yoga, you will find a type of yoga class that fits your flexibility and fitness levels.
What payment options are available?
It can be paid in the following three ways: bank transfer, pay in your yoga studio or pay directly online (with PayPal or credit card).
Can I practice Yoga to lose weight?
Practicing yoga will build strength, but some types of yoga may not raise the heart rate sufficiently. It depends on the type of yoga you select and how frequently you practice it.
For successful weight loss, a healthy diet must be maintained while burning calories through exercises that raise your heart rate on a regular basis.
Are there any precautions I should note when practicing Yoga?
One should always take note of any pre-existing medical or physical conditions such as asthma, high blood pressure or old injuries before taking up any form of exercise, including yoga. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, consult your doctor first before embarking on any exercise programme.
