How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching is a good fit if you’re willing to be honest with yourself, try new approaches, and take action – with support. You don’t need to have everything figured out; you just need to be open to the process.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. I work with clients worldwide and local to United States via secure video calls, so you can coach from the comfort of your own space.
What if I’m nervous about investing in myself?
That’s completely normal. We’ll talk about your questions and concerns on your discovery call, so you can make a clear, grounded decision about whether coaching is the right investment for you right now.
How long does coaching take to produce results?
Short-term changes can appear in weeks; measurable skill or behavioral shifts commonly require 3–6 months; deeper leadership or identity changes often take 6–12+ months. Time depends on complexity, frequency, and client engagement.
What commitment is required from the client?
