2. Coaching Relationship & Disclaimer

• Not Therapy or Medical Advice:
  Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. We are not acting as licensed therapists, counselors, medical professionals, or financial advisors. All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only.
• Client Responsibility:
  You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions before, during, and after coaching sessions. You warrant that you are in suitable mental and emotional health to participate in coaching and will seek appropriate professional help if needed.

3. Client Conduct

• You agree to treat Lotus Evolved staff and other clients with respect and kindness at all times.
• Abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior, including public disparagement, is grounds for immediate termination of services without refund.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment:
  All coaching sessions and programs must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment details and rates are provided at the time of booking.
• Late Payments & Chargebacks:
  If a payment is rejected or a chargeback occurs, services may be suspended until payment is resolved. We reserve the right to charge late fees as permitted by law and to recover collection costs if necessary.
• No Refunds:
  Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are non-refundable. This is because your booking reserves a limited spot in our schedule that cannot easily be filled on short notice.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations:
  Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited.
• Coach Cancellations:
  If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a suitable alternative.

• We respect your privacy and will keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property
