Scheduling and Payment Policy

This Scheduling and Payment Policy applies to all coaching sessions, courses, and materials purchased from Lotus Evolved (https://lotusvolved.com). By booking or purchasing any service or product, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Policy

• Upfront Payment Required:
  All coaching sessions, courses, and materials must be paid for in full at the time of booking or purchase. No services or access will be provided until payment is received.
• Accepted Payment Methods:
  We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Any payment processing fees or surcharges are the responsibility of the client.
• Non-Refundable:
  All payments are non-refundable. This includes payments for coaching sessions, packages, courses, and digital materials. Please ensure you are committed before making a purchase.

2. Scheduling Policy

• Session Scheduling:
  Coaching sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. You will receive instructions on how to book your sessions after payment is received.
• Course Access:
  Access to courses and digital materials is provided upon receipt of payment and is subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• 24-Hour Notice Required:
  If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice by email to support@lotusvolved.com.
• Late Cancellations/No-Shows:
  Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend a session (no-show), will result in forfeiture of that session. No refunds or credits will be issued.
• Coach Cancellations:
  In the rare event that Lotus Evolved must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered an alternative time at no additional cost.

4. No Refund Policy

• Coaching Sessions:
  All payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or completion.
• Courses and Materials:
  All purchases of courses, digital products, and materials are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
• Missed Sessions:
  Missed sessions are not eligible for rescheduling, refund, or credit.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• All Content is Copyrighted:
  All content, materials, and resources provided by Lotus Evolved are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without express written permission from Lotus Evolved.

6. Agreement

By booking a session, enrolling in a course, or purchasing any material from Lotus Evolved, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Scheduling and Payment Policy.
